How shall we pray and prepare ourselves for the coming revival? George Whitefield helps us in this regard. On his way to Georgia in 1737 he prayed: "God, give me a deep humility, a well-guided zeal, a burning love and a single eye, and then let men or devils do their worst!" (Brian Edwards, Revival! pg. 57).
Wow, may all those attributes be true in me.
