Brian Edwards, in his book Revival! A People Saturated With God that holiness of life will always precede revival. He writes: "God looks for men (I would add women, teenagers and children) who will be willing to surrender anything and everything as long as their life can be kept clean. This is an essential part of personal revival" (pg. 59).
If revival is going to happen in our country, then let us pursue holiness and a passion for God's glory.
